FREE Virtual Nutrition Counseling

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and subsequent quarantine, many Nutritionist and Registered Dietitians are offering virtual nutrition counseling, which is FREE and available to ALL employees and dependents on the State Health Plan (both 80/20 and 70/30). In partnership with UREC, Les Mills has created a streaming site with FREE access to over 100 workouts across 10 categories including something for the whole family.  Please refer to this link for workouts.
